Hey! We are so excited for you to tour.

Hey guys! We couldn’t be more thrilled to have you tour with us. On your tour you will meet one of our amazing team members. We have a great team behind us. We value them so much. They are just as excited about our new venue just as much as we are. We are so passionate about seeing you two have a memorable time. We love working with our couples and helping them out with any questions or advice. We also love meeting great people. We are loving and friendly type of people. We value everyone in our lives. Know that you are in good hands with Serenity Barn’s team. Below is a check off list to do before your tour.

• Invite: Please make sure that when you come to invite everyone you want there that will help you plan and decorate. Take plenty of pictures and a note pad to write on. It can help you jot down ideas and answers to questions you might have for us.

• Guest count: We advise couples to have a rough estimate of your guest count. It helps give us an idea of helping you with the layout and decorations.

• Have fun. Take fun pictures of you guys venue shopping.This is a moment in your journey to becoming happily married. Why not make the very best out of every moment. Even if you decide not to book. We want you to have fun and be happy. We provide a gorgeous book of everything decorated to help you envision the venue decorated. Use this to help guide you in ideas of how you two would decorate and set up at our venue.

• Our barn. Our barn sits a lot of people. Both top wood floor and stamped wood concrete lower floor can fit tables and chairs. We had the food table against the railing on the top wood floor. It made it perfect for guest to get their food.

• Date in mind? Please Have an idea of the month you are wanting to get married in. Do you want a flowering season? A month when the trees change colors? Or a special date that means a lot to you.

• Phone call: I will call to speak to you after you book a tour. I first will text you asking what time is best to call you. We like to ask some questions, have an idea of your style of wedding you guys are wanting, and get to know you. This allows us to help you guys see the vision of what you are wanting before you come. We get excited helping couples see their vision.
