Who is Baker 739?
We are Ron and Abata and Anthony Manuguerra. We recently moved back to Caspian from Trenton, NJ. Ron is a native of Caspian and has returned after 40 years. Anthony is a New Jersey native and feels very much at home her in the UP. We have been coming here twice a yearly for the past twenty plus years.
Baker 739 is a cottage bakery. We operate out of our home and follow and adhere to all Michigan cottage laws. We do not have a store front, so all orders are ordered ahead of time with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
We specialize in wedding cakes, from small and simple to large and extravagant. We can meet your needs for any style, taste and budget. We also do all celebration cakes, cupcakes, brownies and Oreo pucks.
